Saturday at the Farmers’ Market

Where to find the stalls, when to go and what changes on festival weekends.

The city’s Saturday Farmers’ Market usually runs from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. in Central Park’s West Meadow, at New York Avenue and Morse Boulevard. Look for produce, plants and baked goods among the stalls.

Bring a bag and do one lap before buying, especially if you’re picking up plants. For a longer morning, leave time for a coffee or a stroll on Park Avenue after the market.

The market occasionally moves to Seven Oaks Park when a major event uses the West Meadow. Check the city’s market page for that Saturday’s location before you head over.
