Four local workers share how their generation learned the job
The Chamber opened its Generations in the Workplace series with four baby boomers discussing their first jobs, leadership and loyalty at work.
Alice Christner, Anthony Diaz, Landra Wormack and Mercedes McCall joined the conversation. McCall recalled working in her family’s restaurant and balancing her apron after each shift.
The Chamber produced the series with Big Boy Media Group. Each of the first four episodes features one generation. The fifth brings the generations together to discuss working with one another.
